Netflix is set to premiere the much-anticipated epic film "Lisabi: The Uprising" on September 27, 2024, with its sequel, "Lisabi: A Legend is Born," scheduled for release in January 2025. By uniting fellow farmers and harnessing his mysterious abilities, Lisabi's uprising led to the defeat of over 6,000 Oyo soldiers, ultimately securing Egba's independence after centuries of subjugation.
